بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِیٰسٓ

یٰسٓ(1) وَ الْقُرْاٰنِ الْحَكِیْمِ(2) اِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ(3) عَلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِیْمٍﭤ(4) تَنْزِیْلَ الْعَزِیْزِ الرَّحِیْمِ(5) لِتُنْذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّاۤ اُنْذِرَ اٰبَآؤُهُمْ فَهُمْ غٰفِلُوْنَ(6) لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلٰۤى اَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا یُؤْمِنُوْنَ(7) اِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِیْۤ اَعْنَاقِهِمْ اَغْلٰلًا فَهِیَ اِلَى الْاَذْقَانِ فَهُمْ مُّقْمَحُوْنَ(8) وَ جَعَلْنَا مِنْۢ بَیْنِ اَیْدِیْهِمْ سَدًّا وَّ مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَاَغْشَیْنٰهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا یُبْصِرُوْنَ(9) وَ سَوَآءٌ عَلَیْهِمْ ءَاَنْذَرْتَهُمْ اَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لَا یُؤْمِنُوْنَ(10) اِنَّمَا تُنْذِرُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الذِّكْرَ وَ خَشِیَ الرَّحْمٰنَ بِالْغَیْبِۚ-فَبَشِّرْهُ بِمَغْفِرَةٍ وَّ اَجْرٍ كَرِیْمٍ(11) اِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْیِ الْمَوْتٰى وَ نَكْتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُوْا وَ اٰثَارَهُمْۣؕ-وَ كُلَّ شَیْءٍ اَحْصَیْنٰهُ فِیْۤ اِمَامٍ مُّبِیْنٍ(12) وَ اضْرِبْ لَهُمْ مَّثَلًا اَصْحٰبَ الْقَرْیَةِۘ-اِذْ جَآءَهَا الْمُرْسَلُوْنَ(13) اِذْ اَرْسَلْنَاۤ اِلَیْهِمُ اثْنَیْنِ فَكَذَّبُوْهُمَا فَعَزَّزْنَا بِثَالِثٍ فَقَالُوْۤا اِنَّاۤ اِلَیْكُمْ مُّرْسَلُوْنَ(14) قَالُوْا مَاۤ اَنْتُمْ اِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَاۙ-وَ مَاۤ اَنْزَلَ الرَّحْمٰنُ مِنْ شَیْءٍۙ-اِنْ اَنْتُمْ اِلَّا تَكْذِبُوْنَ(15) قَالُوْا رَبُّنَا یَعْلَمُ اِنَّاۤ اِلَیْكُمْ لَمُرْسَلُوْنَ(16) وَ مَا عَلَیْنَاۤ اِلَّا الْبَلٰغُ الْمُبِیْنُ(17) قَالُوْۤا اِنَّا تَطَیَّرْنَا بِكُمْۚ-لَىٕنْ لَّمْ تَنْتَهُوْا لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْ وَ لَیَمَسَّنَّكُمْ مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ(18) قَالُوْا طَآىٕرُكُمْ مَّعَكُمْؕ-اَىٕنْ ذُكِّرْتُمْؕ-بَلْ اَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّسْرِفُوْنَ(19) وَ جَآءَ مِنْ اَقْصَا الْمَدِیْنَةِ رَجُلٌ یَّسْعٰى قَالَ یٰقَوْمِ اتَّبِعُوا الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ(20) اتَّبِعُوْا مَنْ لَّا یَسْــٴَـلُكُمْ اَجْرًا وَّ هُمْ مُّهْتَدُوْنَ(21) وَ مَا لِیَ لَاۤ اَعْبُدُ الَّذِیْ فَطَرَنِیْ وَ اِلَیْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ(22) ءَاَتَّخِذُ مِنْ دُوْنِهٖۤ اٰلِهَةً اِنْ یُّرِدْنِ الرَّحْمٰنُ بِضُرٍّ لَّا تُغْنِ عَنِّیْ شَفَاعَتُهُمْ شَیْــٴًـا وَّ لَا یُنْقِذُوْنِ(23) اِنِّیْۤ اِذًا لَّفِیْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِیْنٍ(24) اِنِّیْۤ اٰمَنْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَاسْمَعُوْنِﭤ(25) قِیْلَ ادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَؕ-قَالَ یٰلَیْتَ قَوْمِیْ یَعْلَمُوْنَ(26) بِمَا غَفَرَ لِیْ رَبِّیْ وَ جَعَلَنِیْ مِنَ الْمُكْرَمِیْنَ(27) وَ مَاۤ اَنْزَلْنَا عَلٰى قَوْمِهٖ مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖ مِنْ جُنْدٍ مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ وَ مَا كُنَّا مُنْزِلِیْنَ(28) اِنْ كَانَتْ اِلَّا صَیْحَةً وَّاحِدَةً فَاِذَا هُمْ خٰمِدُوْنَ(29) یٰحَسْرَةً عَلَى الْعِبَادِۣۚ-مَا یَاْتِیْهِمْ مِّنْ رَّسُوْلٍ اِلَّا كَانُوْا بِهٖ یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ(30) اَلَمْ یَرَوْا كَمْ اَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُمْ مِّنَ الْقُرُوْنِ اَنَّهُمْ اِلَیْهِمْ لَا یَرْجِعُوْنَﭤ(31) وَ اِنْ كُلٌّ لَّمَّا جَمِیْعٌ لَّدَیْنَا مُحْضَرُوْنَ(32) وَ اٰیَةٌ لَّهُمُ الْاَرْضُ الْمَیْتَةُ ۚۖ-اَحْیَیْنٰهَا وَ اَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهَا حَبًّا فَمِنْهُ یَاْكُلُوْنَ(33) وَ جَعَلْنَا فِیْهَا جَنّٰتٍ مِّنْ نَّخِیْلٍ وَّ اَعْنَابٍ وَّ فَجَّرْنَا فِیْهَا مِنَ الْعُیُوْنِ(34) لِیَاْكُلُوْا مِنْ ثَمَرِهٖۙ-وَ مَا عَمِلَتْهُ اَیْدِیْهِمْؕ-اَفَلَا یَشْكُرُوْنَ(35) سُبْحٰنَ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَ الْاَزْوَاجَ كُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنْۢبِتُ الْاَرْضُ وَ مِنْ اَنْفُسِهِمْ وَ مِمَّا لَا یَعْلَمُوْنَ(36) وَ اٰیَةٌ لَّهُمُ الَّیْلُ ۚۖ-نَسْلَخُ مِنْهُ النَّهَارَ فَاِذَا هُمْ مُّظْلِمُوْنَ(37) وَ الشَّمْسُ تَجْرِیْ لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَّهَاؕ-ذٰلِكَ تَقْدِیْرُ الْعَزِیْزِ الْعَلِیْمِﭤ(38) وَ الْقَمَرَ قَدَّرْنٰهُ مَنَازِلَ حَتّٰى عَادَ كَالْعُرْجُوْنِ الْقَدِیْمِ(39) لَا الشَّمْسُ یَنْۢبَغِیْ لَهَاۤ اَنْ تُدْرِكَ الْقَمَرَ وَ لَا الَّیْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِؕ-وَ كُلٌّ فِیْ فَلَكٍ یَّسْبَحُوْنَ(40) وَ اٰیَةٌ لَّهُمْ اَنَّا حَمَلْنَا ذُرِّیَّتَهُمْ فِی الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُوْنِ(41) وَ خَلَقْنَا لَهُمْ مِّنْ مِّثْلِهٖ مَا یَرْكَبُوْنَ(42) وَ اِنْ نَّشَاْ نُغْرِقْهُمْ فَلَا صَرِیْخَ لَهُمْ وَ لَا هُمْ یُنْقَذُوْنَ(43) اِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِّنَّا وَ مَتَاعًا اِلٰى حِیْنٍ(44) وَ اِذَا قِیْلَ لَهُمُ اتَّقُوْا مَا بَیْنَ اَیْدِیْكُمْ وَ مَا خَلْفَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ(45) وَ مَا تَاْتِیْهِمْ مِّنْ اٰیَةٍ مِّنْ اٰیٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ اِلَّا كَانُوْا عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِیْنَ(46) وَ اِذَا قِیْلَ لَهُمْ اَنْفِقُوْا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّٰهُۙ-قَالَ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا لِلَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اَنُطْعِمُ مَنْ لَّوْ یَشَآءُ اللّٰهُ اَطْعَمَهٗۤ ﳓ اِنْ اَنْتُمْ اِلَّا فِیْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِیْنٍ(47) وَ یَقُوْلُوْنَ مَتٰى هٰذَا الْوَعْدُ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ صٰدِقِیْنَ(48) مَا یَنْظُرُوْنَ اِلَّا صَیْحَةً وَّاحِدَةً تَاْخُذُهُمْ وَ هُمْ یَخِصِّمُوْنَ(49) فَلَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ تَوْصِیَةً وَّ لَاۤ اِلٰۤى اَهْلِهِمْ یَرْجِعُوْنَ(50) وَ نُفِخَ فِی الصُّوْرِ فَاِذَا هُمْ مِّنَ الْاَجْدَاثِ اِلٰى رَبِّهِمْ یَنْسِلُوْنَ(51) قَالُوْا یٰوَیْلَنَا مَنْۢ بَعَثَنَا مِنْ مَّرْقَدِنَاﱃ هٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ الرَّحْمٰنُ وَ صَدَقَ الْمُرْسَلُوْنَ(52) اِنْ كَانَتْ اِلَّا صَیْحَةً وَّاحِدَةً فَاِذَا هُمْ جَمِیْعٌ لَّدَیْنَا مُحْضَرُوْنَ(53) فَالْیَوْمَ لَا تُظْلَمُ نَفْسٌ شَیْــٴًـا وَّ لَا تُجْزَوْنَ اِلَّا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُوْنَ(54) اِنَّ اَصْحٰبَ الْجَنَّةِ الْیَوْمَ فِیْ شُغُلٍ فٰكِهُوْنَ(55) هُمْ وَ اَزْوَاجُهُمْ فِیْ ظِلٰلٍ عَلَى الْاَرَآىٕكِ مُتَّكِــٴُـوْنَ (56) لَهُمْ فِیْهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَّ لَهُمْ مَّا یَدَّعُوْنَ(57) سَلٰمٌ- قَوْلًا مِّنْ رَّبٍّ رَّحِیْمٍ(58) وَ امْتَازُوا الْیَوْمَ اَیُّهَا الْمُجْرِمُوْنَ(59) اَلَمْ اَعْهَدْ اِلَیْكُمْ یٰبَنِیْۤ اٰدَمَ اَنْ لَّا تَعْبُدُوا الشَّیْطٰنَۚ-اِنَّهٗ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِیْنٌ(60) وَّ اَنِ اعْبُدُوْنِیْﳳ-هٰذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِیْمٌ(61) وَ لَقَدْ اَضَلَّ مِنْكُمْ جِبِلًّا كَثِیْرًاؕ-اَفَلَمْ تَكُوْنُوْا تَعْقِلُوْنَ(62) هٰذِهٖ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِیْ كُنْتُمْ تُوْعَدُوْنَ(63) اِصْلَوْهَا الْیَوْمَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْفُرُوْنَ(64) اَلْیَوْمَ نَخْتِمُ عَلٰۤى اَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَ تُكَلِّمُنَاۤ اَیْدِیْهِمْ وَ تَشْهَدُ اَرْجُلُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوْا یَكْسِبُوْنَ(65) وَ لَوْ نَشَآءُ لَطَمَسْنَا عَلٰۤى اَعْیُنِهِمْ فَاسْتَبَقُوا الصِّرَاطَ فَاَنّٰى یُبْصِرُوْنَ(66) وَ لَوْ نَشَآءُ لَمَسَخْنٰهُمْ عَلٰى مَكَانَتِهِمْ فَمَا اسْتَطَاعُوْا مُضِیًّا وَّ لَا یَرْجِعُوْنَ(67) وَ مَنْ نُّعَمِّرْهُ نُنَكِّسْهُ فِی الْخَلْقِؕ-اَفَلَا یَعْقِلُوْنَ(68) وَ مَا عَلَّمْنٰهُ الشِّعْرَ وَ مَا یَنْۢبَغِیْ لَهٗؕ-اِنْ هُوَ اِلَّا ذِكْرٌ وَّ قُرْاٰنٌ مُّبِیْنٌ(69) لِّیُنْذِرَ مَنْ كَانَ حَیًّا وَّ یَحِقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى الْكٰفِرِیْنَ(70) اَوَ لَمْ یَرَوْا اَنَّا خَلَقْنَا لَهُمْ مِّمَّا عَمِلَتْ اَیْدِیْنَاۤ اَنْعَامًا فَهُمْ لَهَا مٰلِكُوْنَ(71) وَ ذَلَّلْنٰهَا لَهُمْ فَمِنْهَا رَكُوْبُهُمْ وَ مِنْهَا یَاْكُلُوْنَ(72) وَ لَهُمْ فِیْهَا مَنَافِعُ وَ مَشَارِبُؕ-اَفَلَا یَشْكُرُوْنَ(73) وَ اتَّخَذُوْا مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ اٰلِهَةً لَّعَلَّهُمْ یُنْصَرُوْنَﭤ(74) لَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ نَصْرَهُمْۙ-وَ هُمْ لَهُمْ جُنْدٌ مُّحْضَرُوْنَ(75) فَلَا یَحْزُنْكَ قَوْلُهُمْۘ-اِنَّا نَعْلَمُ مَا یُسِرُّوْنَ وَ مَا یُعْلِنُوْنَ(76) اَوَ لَمْ یَرَ الْاِنْسَانُ اَنَّا خَلَقْنٰهُ مِنْ نُّطْفَةٍ فَاِذَا هُوَ خَصِیْمٌ مُّبِیْنٌ(77) وَ ضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلًا وَّ نَسِیَ خَلْقَهٗؕ-قَالَ مَنْ یُّحْیِ الْعِظَامَ وَ هِیَ رَمِیْمٌ(78) قُلْ یُحْیِیْهَا الَّذِیْۤ اَنْشَاَهَاۤ اَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍؕ-وَ هُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِیْمُﰳ(79) الَّذِیْ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِّنَ الشَّجَرِ الْاَخْضَرِ نَارًا فَاِذَاۤ اَنْتُمْ مِّنْهُ تُوْقِدُوْنَ(80) اَوَ لَیْسَ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضَ بِقٰدِرٍ عَلٰۤى اَنْ یَّخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُمْﳳ-بَلٰىۗ-وَ هُوَ الْخَلّٰقُ الْعَلِیْمُ(81) اِنَّمَاۤ اَمْرُهٗۤ اِذَاۤ اَرَادَ شَیْــٴًـا اَنْ یَّقُوْلَ لَهٗ كُنْ فَیَكُوْنُ(82) فَسُبْحٰنَ الَّذِیْ بِیَدِهٖ مَلَكُوْتُ كُلِّ شَیْءٍ وَّ اِلَیْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ(83)

Surah Yaseen English Translation

Certainly, here is the English translation of Surah Yaseen from the Quran:

Surah Yaseen (Chapter 36)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

1. Ya~Sin.
2. By the Quran, full of Wisdom,
3. Thou art indeed one of the messengers,
4. On a Straight Way.
5. It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.
6. In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah).
7. The Word is proved true against the greater part of them: for they do not believe.
8. We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see).
9. And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see.
10. The same is it to them whether thou admonish them or thou do not admonish them: they will not believe.
11. Thou canst but admonish such a one as follows the Message and fears the (Lord) Most Gracious, unseen: give such a one, therefore, good tidings, of Forgiveness and a Reward most generous.
12. Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence).
13. Set forth to them, by way of a parable, the (story of) the Companions of the City. Behold!, there came messengers to it.
14. When We (first) sent to them two messengers, they rejected them: But We strengthened them with a third: they said, Truly, we have been sent on a mission to you.
15. The (people) said: Ye are only men like ourselves; and (Allah) Most Gracious sends no sort of revelation: ye do nothing but lie.
16. They said: Our Lord doth know that we have been sent on a mission to you:
17. And our duty is only to proclaim the clear Message.
18. The (people) said: for us, we augur an evil omen from you: if ye desist not, we will certainly stone you. And a grievous punishment indeed will be inflicted on you by us.
19. They said: Your evil omens are with yourselves: (deem ye this an evil omen). If ye are admonished? Nay, but ye are a people transgressing all bounds!
20. Then there came running, from the farthest part of the City, a man, saying, O my people! Obey the messengers:
21. Obey those who ask no reward of you (for themselves), and who have themselves received Guidance.
22. It would not be reasonable in me if I did not serve Him Who created me, and to Whom ye shall (all) be brought back.
23. Shall I take (other) gods besides Him? If (Allah) Most Gracious should intend some adversity for me, of no use whatever will be their intercession for me, nor can they deliver me.
24. I would indeed, if I were to do so, be in manifest Error.
25. For me, I have faith in the Lord of you (all): listen, then, to me!
26. It was said: Enter thou the Garden. He said: Ah me! Would that my People knew (what I know)!
27. For that my Lord has granted me Forgiveness and has enrolled me among those held in honor!
28. And We sent not down against his People, after him, any hosts from heaven, nor was it needful for Us so to do.
29. It was no more than a single mighty Blast, and behold! they were (like ashes) quenched and silent.
30. Ah! Alas for (My) Servants! There comes not a messenger to them but they mock him!
31. See they not how many generations before them we destroyed? Not to them will they return:
32. But each one of them all will be brought before Us (for judgment).
33. A Sign for them is the earth that is dead: We do give it life, and produce grain there from, of which ye do eat.
34. And We produce therein orchard with date-palms and vines, and We cause springs to gush forth therein:
35. That they may enjoy the fruits of this (artistry): It was not their hands that made this: will they not then give thanks?
36. Glory to Allah, Who created in pairs all things that the earth produces, as well as their own (human) kind and (other) things of which they have no knowledge.
37. And a Sign for them is the Night: We withdraw there from the Day, and behold they are plunged in darkness;
38. And the sun runs his course for a period determined for him: that is the decree of (Him), the Exalted in Might, the All-Knowing.
39. And the Moon,- We have measured for her mansions (to traverse) till she returns like the old (and withered) lower part of a date-stalk.
40. It is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: Each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law).
41. And a Sign for them is that We bore their race (through the Flood) in the loaded Ark;
42. And We have created for them similar (vessels) on which they ride.
43. If it were Our Will, We could drown them: then would there be no helper (to hear their cry), nor could they be delivered,
44. Except by way of Mercy from Us, and by way of (world) convenience (to serve them) for a time.
45. When they are told, Fear ye that which is before you and that which will be after you, in order that ye may receive Mercy, (they turn back).
46. Not a Sign comes to them from among the Signs of their Lord, but they turn away there from.
47. And when they are told, Spend ye of (the bounties) with which Allah has provided you, the Unbelievers say to those who believe: Shall we then feed those whom, if Allah had so willed, He would have fed, (Himself)?- Ye are in nothing but manifest error.
48. Further, they say, When will this promise (come to pass), if what ye say is true?
49. They will not (have to) wait for aught but a single Blast: it will seize them while they are yet disputing among themselves!
50. No (chance) will they then have, by will, to dispose (of their affairs), nor to return to their own people!
51. The trumpet shall be sounded, when behold! from the sepulchers (men) will rush forth to their Lord!
52. They will say: Ah! Woe unto us! Who hath raised us up from our beds of repose? (A voice will say:) This is what (Allah) Most Gracious had promised. And true was the word of the messengers!
53. It will be no more than a single Blast, when lo! they will all be brought up before Us!
54. Then, on that Day, not a soul will be wronged in the least, and ye shall but be repaid the needs of your past Deeds.
55. Verily the Companions of the Garden shall that Day have joy in all that they do;
56. They and their associates will be in groves of (cool) shade, reclining on Thrones (of dignity);
57. (Every) fruit (enjoyment) will be there for them; they shall have whatever they call for;
58. Peace! a word (of salutation) from a Lord Most Merciful!
59. And O ye in sin! Get ye apart this Day!
60. Did I not enjoin on you, O ye Children of Adam, that ye should not worship Satan; for that he was to you an enemy avowed?-
61. And that ye should worship Me, (for that) this was the Straight Way?
62. But he did lead astray a great multitude of you. Did ye not, then, understand?
63. This is the Hell of which ye were (repeatedly) warned!
64. Embrace ye the (fire) this Day, for that ye (persistently) rejected (Truth).
65. That Day shall We set a seal on their mouths. But their hands will speak to us, and their feet bear witness, to all that they did.
66. If it had been our Will, We could surely have blotted out their eyes; then should they have run about groping for the Path, but how could they have seen?
67. And if it had been Our Will, We could have transformed them (to remain) in their places; then should they have been unable to move about, nor could they have returned (after error).
68. If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand?
69. We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Quran making things clear:
70. That it may give admonition to any (who are) alive, and that the charge may be proved against those who reject (Truth).
71. See they not that it is We Who have created for them among the things which Our hands have fashioned cattle, which are under their dominion?
72. And that We have subjected them to their (use)? of them some do carry them and some they eat:
73. And they have (other) profits from them (besides), and they get (milk) to drink. Will they not then be grateful?
74. Yet they take (for worship) gods other than Allah, (hoping) that they might be helped!
75. They have not the power to help them: but they will be brought up (before Our Judgment-seat) as a troop (to be condemned).
76. Let not their speech, then, grieve thee. Verily We know what they hide as well as what they disclose.
77. Doth not man see that it is We Who created him from sperm? yet behold! he (stands forth) as an open adversary!
78. And he makes comparisons for Us, and forgets his own (origin and) Creation: He says, Who can give life to (dry) bones and decomposed ones (at that)?
79. Say, He will give them life Who created them for the first time! for He is Well-versed in every kind of creation!
80. The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! ye kindle therewith (your own fires)!
81. Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like thereof? Yea, indeed! for He is the Creator Supreme, of skill and knowledge (infinite)!
82. Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, be, and it is!
83. So glory to Him in Whose hands is the dominion of all things: and to Him will ye be all brought back.

Surah Yaseen with Urdu Translation

یٰسین۔
حکمت سے بھرے قرآن کی قسم،
آپ یقیناً رسولوں میں سے ہیں،
سیدھے راستے پر۔
یہ ایک وحی ہے جو غالب اور رحم کرنے والے کی طرف سے نازل کی گئی ہے۔
تاکہ تم ایسی قوم کو نصیحت کرو، جن کے باپ دادا کو کوئی نصیحت نہیں ہوئی تھی اور وہ (اللہ کی نشانیوں سے) غافل ہیں۔
کلام ان میں سے زیادہ تر کے خلاف سچا ثابت ہوا کیونکہ وہ ایمان نہیں لاتے۔
ہم نے ان کی گردنوں میں ان کی ٹھوڑیوں تک جوئے ڈال دیے ہیں، تاکہ ان کے سر جبراً اٹھائے جائیں (اور وہ دیکھ نہیں سکتے)۔
اور ہم نے ان کے آگے ایک بار لگا دیا ہے اور ایک بار ان کے پیچھے، اور آگے، ہم نے انہیں ڈھانپ دیا ہے۔ تاکہ وہ دیکھ نہ سکیں۔
تم انہیں نصیحت کرو یا نہ کرو ان کے لیے برابر ہے، وہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گے۔
آپ ایسے شخص کو نصیحت کر سکتے ہیں جو پیغام کی پیروی کرے اور غیب سے ڈرے (رب) رحمٰن سے ڈرے، تو ایسے شخص کو بخشش اور اجر عظیم کی خوشخبری سنا دیں۔
بے شک ہم مردوں کو زندہ کریں گے اور جو کچھ وہ آگے بھیجتے ہیں اور جو کچھ پیچھے چھوڑ جاتے ہیں ہم اسے لکھتے ہیں اور ہم نے ہر چیز کا حساب کتاب روشن میں کر رکھا ہے۔
ان کے سامنے ایک تمثیل کے ذریعے شہر کے اصحاب (کی کہانی) بیان کریں۔ دیکھو، اس کے پاس رسول آئے۔
جب ہم نے (پہلے) ان کی طرف دو رسول بھیجے تو انہوں نے ان کو جھٹلایا، لیکن ہم نے تیسرے سے انہیں تقویت بخشی، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم تمہاری طرف ایک کام پر بھیجے گئے ہیں۔
(لوگوں نے) کہا: تم صرف ہمارے جیسے آدمی ہو۔ اور (اللہ) رحمٰن کسی قسم کی وحی نہیں بھیجتا، تم جھوٹ کے سوا کچھ نہیں کرتے۔
انہوں نے کہا: ہمارا رب جانتا ہے کہ ہم تمہاری طرف ایک کام پر بھیجے گئے ہیں۔
اور ہمارا کام صرف واضح پیغام پہنچانا ہے۔
(لوگوں نے) کہا: ہمارے لیے تمھاری طرف سے ایک نحوست ہے، اگر تم باز نہ آئے تو ہم تمہیں ضرور سنگسار کر دیں گے۔ اور یقیناً ہماری طرف سے تم پر دردناک عذاب آئے گا۔
اُنہوں نے کہا: آپ کے بُرے شگون آپ کے ساتھ ہیں۔ اگر تمہیں نصیحت کی جائے؟ بلکہ تم حد سے گزرنے والے لوگ ہو!
پھر شہر کے سب سے دور سے ایک آدمی دوڑتا ہوا آیا، کہنے لگا، اے میری قوم! رسولوں کی اطاعت کرو:
ان لوگوں کی اطاعت کرو جو تم سے کوئی اجر نہیں مانگتے اور جنہوں نے خود ہدایت حاصل کی ہے۔
اگر میں اس کی بندگی نہ کروں جس نے مجھے پیدا کیا اور جس کی طرف تم سب کو لوٹایا جائے گا تو یہ مجھ میں معقول نہیں ہے۔
کیا میں اس کے سوا (اور) معبود بناؤں؟ اگر رحمٰن مجھ پر کسی مصیبت کا ارادہ کرے تو کوئی فائدہ نہیں جو ان کی شفاعت میرے حق میں ہو اور نہ وہ مجھے نجات دے سکیں۔
اگر میں ایسا کروں تو میں صریح گمراہی میں پڑ جاؤں گا۔
میرے لیے، میں تم سب کے رب پر ایمان رکھتا ہوں: پھر میری بات سنو!
کہا گیا کہ تم جنت میں داخل ہو جاؤ۔ اس نے کہا: ہائے میں! کاش میری قوم جان لیتی (جو میں جانتا ہوں)!
اس لیے کہ میرے رب نے مجھے بخش دیا اور مجھے عزت داروں میں شامل کر لیا!
اور ہم نے اس کے بعد اس کی قوم پر آسمان سے کوئی لشکر نہیں اتارا اور نہ ہمارے لیے ایسا کرنا ضروری تھا۔
یہ ایک زبردست دھماکے سے زیادہ نہیں تھا، اور دیکھو! وہ (راکھ کی طرح) بجھ گئے اور خاموش تھے۔
آہ! افسوس (میرے) بندوں پر! ان کے پاس کوئی رسول نہیں آتا مگر وہ اس کا مذاق اڑاتے ہیں۔
کیا انہوں نے نہیں دیکھا کہ ہم نے ان سے پہلے کتنی نسلوں کو ہلاک کیا؟ ان کی طرف نہیں لوٹیں گے:
لیکن ان میں سے ہر ایک کو ہمارے سامنے پیش کیا جائے گا۔
ان کے لیے ایک نشانی یہ ہے کہ وہ زمین مردہ ہے: ہم اسے زندہ کرتے ہیں اور اس میں سے اناج پیدا کرتے ہیں جس میں سے تم کھاتے ہو۔
اور ہم اس میں کھجوروں اور انگوروں کے باغات اگاتے ہیں اور اس میں چشمے جاری کرتے ہیں۔
تاکہ وہ اس (فنکاری) کے پھلوں سے لطف اندوز ہوں، یہ ان کے ہاتھوں نے نہیں بنایا، تو کیا وہ شکر ادا نہیں کریں گے؟
پاک ہے اللہ کی جس نے زمین کی پیدا کردہ تمام چیزوں کے جوڑے بنائے، اور ان کی اپنی (انسانی) قسم اور (دوسری) چیزیں جن کا انہیں کوئی علم نہیں۔
اور ان کے لیے ایک نشانی رات ہے، ہم وہاں سے دن کو پیچھے ہٹاتے ہیں اور دیکھتے ہیں کہ وہ تاریکی میں ڈوبے ہوئے ہیں۔
اور سورج اس کے لیے مقررہ مدت تک چل رہا ہے، یہ غالب اور سب کچھ جاننے والے کا حکم ہے۔
اور چاند، ہم نے اس کی حویلیوں کے لیے ناپا ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ کھجور کے پرانے (اور سوکھے) نچلے حصے کی طرح واپس آجائے۔
سورج کو چاند کو پکڑنے کی اجازت نہیں ہے، اور نہ ہی رات دن سے آگے نکل سکتی ہے: ہر ایک (صرف) اپنے مدار میں (قانون کے مطابق) تیرتا ہے۔
اور ان کے لیے ایک نشانی یہ ہے کہ ہم نے ان کی دوڑ کو (سیلاب کے ذریعے) بھری ہوئی کشتی میں اٹھایا۔
اور ہم نے ان کے لیے ایسے ہی جہاز بنائے ہیں جن پر وہ سوار ہوتے ہیں۔
اگر ہماری مرضی ہوتی تو ہم ان کو غرق کر دیتے، پھر کیا (ان کی فریاد سننے والا) کوئی مددگار نہ ہوتا اور نہ وہ نجات پاتے
سوائے ہماری طرف سے رحمت کے اور ایک وقت کے لیے (دنیا کی) سہولت (ان کی خدمت کے لیے) کے۔
جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ اس سے ڈرو جو تم سے پہلے ہے اور جو تمہارے بعد ہے، تاکہ تم پر رحم کیا جائے (وہ پلٹ جاتے ہیں)۔
ان کے پاس ان کے رب کی نشانیوں میں سے کوئی نشانی نہیں آتی مگر وہ وہاں سے منہ پھیر لیتے ہیں۔
اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ جو کچھ اللہ نے تمہیں دیا ہے اس میں سے خرچ کرو، تو کافر ایمان والوں سے کہتے ہیں: کیا ہم ان لوگوں کو کھلائیں جنہیں اللہ چاہتا تو خود ہی کھلاتا؟ – تم صریح گمراہی کے سوا کسی چیز میں نہیں ہو۔
مزید، وہ کہتے ہیں، یہ وعدہ کب پورا ہوگا، اگر تم سچ کہتے ہو؟
انہیں ایک دھماکے کے سوا کسی چیز کا انتظار نہیں کرنا پڑے گا، وہ انہیں پکڑ لے گا جب کہ وہ آپس میں جھگڑ رہے ہوں گے۔
پھر ان کے پاس اپنی مرضی سے (اپنے معاملات کو سلجھانے کا) کوئی موقع نہیں ہوگا اور نہ ہی اپنے لوگوں کی طرف لوٹنے کا۔
صور پھونکا جائے گا، جب دیکھو! قبروں سے (مرد) اپنے رب کی طرف دوڑیں گے۔
وہ کہیں گے: ہائے! افسوس ہم پر! کس نے ہمیں اپنے آرام کے بستروں سے اٹھایا؟ (ایک آواز کہے گی:) یہ وہی ہے جس کا رحمان نے وعدہ کیا تھا۔ اور رسولوں کی بات سچ تھی!
یہ ایک دھماکے سے زیادہ نہیں ہوگا، جب لو! وہ سب ہمارے سامنے پیش کیے جائیں گے۔
پھر اس دن کسی جان پر ذرہ برابر بھی ظلم نہیں کیا جائے گا اور تمہیں تمہارے پچھلے اعمال کا بدلہ دیا جائے گا۔
یقیناً اہلِ جنت اس دن اپنے ہر کام سے خوش ہوں گے۔
وہ اور ان کے ساتھی (ٹھنڈی) چھاؤں میں، عرشوں پر تکیہ لگائے ہوئے ہوں گے۔
(ہر) پھل ان کے لیے ہوگا۔ ان کے پاس جو کچھ وہ مانگیں گے وہ ملے گا۔
امن! رب رحمٰن کی طرف سے (سلام کا) کلمہ!
اور اے گناہ میں مبتلا ہو! اس دن الگ ہو جاؤ!
اے بنی آدم کیا میں نے تم کو حکم نہیں دیا تھا کہ شیطان کی عبادت نہ کرو۔ اس لیے کہ وہ تمہارے لیے کھلا دشمن تھا؟
اور یہ کہ تم میری عبادت کرو، (اس کے لیے) یہی سیدھا راستہ تھا؟
لیکن اس نے تم میں سے ایک بڑی جماعت کو گمراہ کیا۔ تو کیا تم نہیں سمجھے؟
یہ وہ جہنم ہے جس سے تمہیں (بار بار) ڈرایا گیا تھا۔
آج کے دن (آگ) کو گلے لگا لو، اس لیے کہ تم (سچائی) کو جھٹلاتے تھے۔
اس دن ہم ان کے منہ پر مہر لگا دیں گے۔ لیکن اُن کے ہاتھ ہم سے بات کریں گے، اور اُن کے پاؤں اُن تمام کاموں کی گواہی دیں گے جو اُنہوں نے کیے تھے۔
اگر ہماری مرضی ہوتی تو ہم ان کی آنکھیں ضرور مٹا دیتے۔ تو کیا وہ راستے کی تلاش میں بھاگتے پھرتے، لیکن وہ کیسے دیکھتے؟
اور اگر ہماری مرضی ہوتی تو ہم ان کو ان کی جگہوں پر بدل دیتے۔ پھر نہ تو وہ آگے بڑھ سکتے تھے اور نہ (غلطی کے بعد) واپس لوٹ سکتے تھے۔
اگر ہم کسی کو لمبی عمر دیں تو اس کی فطرت الٹ پلٹ کر دیں تو کیا یہ لوگ نہیں سمجھتے؟
ہم نے (نبی) کو شاعری کی تلقین نہیں کی اور نہ ہی یہ ان کے لیے موزوں ہے، یہ ایک پیغام اور قرآن سے کم نہیں ہے جو چیزوں کو واضح کرتا ہے۔
۔ تاکہ کسی زندہ کو نصیحت کرے اور انکار کرنے والوں پر الزام ثابت ہو جائے۔
کیا انہوں نے نہیں دیکھا کہ ہم نے ہی ان کے لیے ان چیزوں میں سے جو ہمارے ہاتھوں نے بنائے ہیں مویشی بنائے ہیں جو ان کے زیر تسلط ہیں۔
اور یہ کہ ہم نے انہیں ان کے تابع کر دیا ہے؟ ان میں سے کچھ انہیں لے جاتے ہیں اور کچھ کھاتے ہیں:
اور ان کے پاس (اس کے علاوہ) نفع ہے اور وہ پینے کے لیے (دودھ) حاصل کرتے ہیں۔ تو کیا وہ شکر ادا نہیں کریں گے؟
پھر بھی وہ اللہ کے سوا اوروں کو معبود بنا لیتے ہیں، (اس امید پر) کہ ان کی مدد کی جائے۔
وہ ان کی مدد کرنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتے، لیکن وہ (ہماری عدالت کے سامنے) ایک لشکر کی طرح (مجرم ہونے کے لیے) اٹھائے جائیں گے۔
پھر ان کی باتیں تمہیں غمگین نہ کرے۔ بے شک ہم جانتے ہیں جو وہ چھپاتے ہیں اور جو ظاہر کرتے ہیں۔
کیا انسان نے نہیں دیکھا کہ ہم نے اسے نطفہ سے پیدا کیا ہے؟ پھر بھی دیکھو! وہ کھلے مخالف کے طور پر (آگے کھڑا ہے)!
اور وہ ہمارے لیے موازنہ کرتا ہے، اور اپنی (اصل) تخلیق کو بھول جاتا ہے، وہ کہتا ہے، کون (خشک) ہڈیوں اور گلنے والوں کو زندہ کر سکتا ہے؟
کہہ دو کہ انہیں وہی زندہ کرے گا جس نے انہیں پہلی بار پیدا کیا تھا۔ کیونکہ وہ ہر قسم کی تخلیق پر قادر ہے!
وہی جو تمہارے لیے سبز درخت سے آگ نکالتا ہے، جب دیکھو! تم اس سے (اپنی ہی آگ) جلاؤ!
کیا وہ جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا کیا ہے اس پر قادر نہیں کہ ان جیسی چیزیں پیدا کر سکیں؟ جی ہاں، واقعی! کیونکہ وہ خالق اعلیٰ ہے، مہارت اور علم کا (لامحدود)!
بے شک جب وہ کسی چیز کا ارادہ کرتا ہے تو اس کا حکم ہوتا ہے کہ ہو جا اور وہ ہو جاتی ہے۔
پس وہ پاک ہے جس کے ہاتھ میں ہر چیز کی بادشاہی ہے اور تم سب اسی کی طرف لوٹائے جاؤ گے۔

Surah Yaseen in Hindi

यासीन.
ज्ञान से भरपूर कुरान,
निश्चय ही तुम सन्देशवाहकों में से हो,
सीधे रास्ते पर.
यह ताक़तवर और दयालु की ओर से एक रहस्योद्घाटन है।
ताकि तुम उन लोगों को शिक्षा दो जिनके बाप-दादों को शिक्षा न दी गई और वे (अल्लाह की आयतों से) गाफिल रहे।
यह बात उन में से अधिकांश पर सच निकली, क्योंकि उन्होंने विश्वास नहीं किया।
हमने उनकी गर्दनों पर ठुड्डी तक जूए रख दिए हैं, कि उनके सिर बलपूर्वक ऊपर उठ जाएं (और वे देख न सकें)।
और हमने उनके साम्हने एक बेंड़ा रखा, और उनके पीछे एक बेंड़ा रखा, और आगे हम ने उनको ढांप दिया। ताकि वे देख न सकें.
चाहे तुम उन्हें सलाह दो या न दो, उनके लिए एक समान है, वे विश्वास नहीं करेंगे।
तुम ऐसे व्यक्ति को उपदेश दो जो सन्देश पर चलता हो और परोक्ष (प्रभु) से डरता हो, परम दयालु से डरता हो, फिर उसे क्षमा और बड़े प्रतिफल का शुभ समाचार दो।
निश्चय ही हम मुर्दों को जीवित करेंगे, और जो कुछ वे आगे भेजते हैं और जो कुछ पीछे छोड़ जाते हैं, उसे हम लिखते हैं, और हमने प्रकाश में हर चीज़ का हिसाब रखा है।
एक दृष्टांत के माध्यम से उन्हें शहर के साथियों की (कहानी) सुनाओ। देखो, दूत उसके पास आये।
जब हमने (पहले) उनके पास दो दूत भेजे, तो उन्होंने उन्हें झुठलाया, लेकिन हमने उन्हें तीसरे के माध्यम से मजबूत किया, उन्होंने कहा: हम तुम्हारे पास एक मिशन पर भेजे गए हैं।
(लोगों ने) कहा, तुम तो हमारे ही जैसे आदमी हो। और (अल्लाह) दयालु कोई रहस्योद्घाटन नहीं भेजता, तुम झूठ के सिवा कुछ नहीं करते।
उन्होंने कहा : हमारा पालनहार जानता है कि हम तुम्हारी ओर एक मिशन पर भेजे गये हैं ।
और हमारा काम सिर्फ स्पष्ट संदेश देना है.
(लोगों ने) कहा, “तुमने हमारे लिये एक बुराई की है। यदि तुम बाज न आये, तो हम निश्चय तुम्हें पत्थरों से मार डालेंगे।” और निश्चय ही तुम पर हमारी ओर से दुखद यातना आयेगी।
उन्होंने कहा, तुम्हारी बुरी शकुन तुम्हारे साथ है। यदि आपको सलाह दी जाए? बल्कि तुम तो अपराधी हो!
तब एक मनुष्य नगर के दूर से दौड़कर कहने लगा, हे मेरी प्रजा! दूतों का आज्ञापालन करें:
उन की आज्ञा मानो जो तुम से कोई बदला नहीं मांगते, और जो आप ही मार्ग पर चल पड़े हैं।
यदि मैं उसका भजन न करूं, जिस ने मुझे उत्पन्न किया, और जिस की ओर तुम सब फिर लौट आओगे, तो यह मेरे लिये उचित नहीं।
क्या मैं उसके सिवा दूसरा परमेश्वर बनाऊं? यदि परम दयालु मेरे लिए कोई विपत्ति चाहता है, तो मेरे पक्ष में उसकी हिमायत का कोई लाभ नहीं है, न ही वह मुझे बचा सकता है।
यदि मैं ऐसा करूं, तो मैं प्रगट भ्रम में पड़ूंगा।
जहां तक मेरी बात है, मैं तुम सब के प्रभु पर विश्वास रखता हूं: तो मेरी सुनो!
कहा गया कि तुम जन्नत में प्रवेश करो । उसने कहा: अरे मैं! काश मेरे लोग भी जानते (जो मैं जानता हूँ)!
क्योंकि मेरे प्रभु ने मुझे क्षमा कर दिया, और मुझे प्रतिष्ठित कर दिया है!
और उसके बाद हमने उसकी क़ौम पर आसमान से कोई सेना नहीं उतारी और न हमें ऐसा करना ज़रूरी था ।
यह एक महाविस्फोट से अधिक कुछ नहीं था, और देखो! वे बुझ गये (राख की भाँति) और चुप हो गये।
आह! (मेरे) सेवकों पर धिक्कार है! उनके पास कोई रसूल नहीं आता, परन्तु वे उसका मज़ाक उड़ाते हैं।
क्या उन्होंने नहीं देखा कि हमने उनसे पहले कितनी पीढ़ियाँ नष्ट कर दीं? वे यहां वापस नहीं लौटेंगे:
परन्तु उन में से हर एक हमारे साम्हने उपस्थित किया जाएगा।
उनके लिए एक निशानी यह है कि धरती मर गयी है: हम ही उसे जीवन देते हैं और उसमें से अन्न उत्पन्न करते हैं, जिसे तुम खाते हो।
और हम उसमें खजूर के पेड़ और दाख की बारियां उगाते हैं, और उसमें सोते बहाते हैं ।
ताकि वे इस (कलाकृति) का फल भोगें, जो उनके हाथ से नहीं बनाई गई, क्या वे कृतज्ञ न होंगे?
अल्लाह की बड़ाई हो, जिसने धरती के सब प्राणियों के जोड़े, और उनकी अपनी जाति और (अन्य) वस्तुएं बनाईं, जिनका उसे कुछ भी ज्ञान नहीं।
और उनके लिए एक निशानी रात है, हम दिन को उससे अलग कर देते हैं और देखते हैं कि वे अँधेरे में डूबे हुए हैं ।
और सूर्य अपने नियत समय तक चलता रहेगा, यह सर्वशक्तिमान और सर्वज्ञ का आदेश है ।
और हमने चांद को भी उसके मकानों के लिए नापा है यहां तक कि वह खजूर के पेड़ की पुरानी (और सूखी हुई) तली के समान हो जाएगा ।
सूर्य को चंद्रमा से आगे निकलने की अनुमति नहीं है, न ही रात को दिन से आगे निकलने की अनुमति है: प्रत्येक (केवल) अपनी कक्षा में (कानून के अनुसार) तैरता है।
और उनके लिए एक निशानी यह है कि हमने उनकी जाति को भरी हुई नाव में पहुँचा दिया ।
और हमने उनके लिए ऐसी ही नौकाएँ बनाईं जिन पर वे सवारी करते हैं ।
यदि हम चाहते, तो उन्हें डुबा देते, फिर कोई सहायक न होता, और न वे बचाए जाते ।
सिवाय हमारी ओर से एक दया और एक समय के लिए (उनकी सेवा के लिए) एक (सांसारिक) सुविधा के अलावा ।
जब उन से कहा जाता है, कि जो तुम्हारे आगे है, उस से डरो, और जो तुम्हारे बाद है, उस से डरो, कि तुम पर दया की जाए (तो वे मुंह फेर लेते हैं)।
उनके पास उनके रब की निशानियों में से कोई निशानी नहीं आती, परन्तु वे वहीं से मुँह फेर लेते हैं ।
और जब उनसे कहा जाता है, कि अल्लाह ने तुम्हें जो अनुग्रह दिया है, उस में से खर्च करो, तो अविश्वासियों ने ईमान लाने वालों से कहा, तो क्या हम उन्हें खिलाएँ, जिन्हें यदि अल्लाह चाहता, तो खिला देता। )?- आप प्रकट त्रुटि के अलावा और कुछ नहीं हैं।
फिर वे कहते हैं, यह वचन कब पूरा होगा, यदि तुम जो कहते हो वह सच है?
उन्हें किसी भी चीज़ का इन्तज़ार नहीं करना पड़ेगा, बस एक ही विस्फोट का, वह उन्हें पकड़ लेगा, जबकि वे आपस में झगड़ ही रहे होंगे।
फिर उन्हें अपनी इच्छा से (अपने मामलों को निपटाने का) कोई (मौका) नहीं मिलेगा, न ही अपने लोगों के पास लौटने का!
जब देखो तब नरसिंगा फूंका जाएगा! कब्रों से (लोग) अपने रब की ओर दौड़ पड़ेंगे!
वे कहेंगेः हाय! हम पर धिक्कार है! किसने हमें विश्राम के बिस्तर से उठाया है? (एक आवाज कहेगी:) यह वही है जो (अल्लाह) सबसे दयालु ने वादा किया था। और सन्देशवाहकों की बात सच निकली!
यह एक विस्फोट से अधिक कुछ नहीं होगा, जब लो! वे सभी हमारे सामने लाए जाएंगे!
फिर उस दिन किसी पर भी ज़ुल्म न किया जाएगा, और तुम्हें तुम्हारे पिछले कामों का बदला मिल जाएगा।
निश्चय जन्नत के साथी उस दिन अपने हर काम से प्रसन्न होंगे;
वे और उनके साथी (ठण्डी) छाया के पेड़ों में होंगे, और सिंहासन पर बैठे होंगे;
(प्रत्येक) फल (आनंद) उनके लिए होगा; वे जो कुछ भी मांगेंगे उन्हें मिलेगा;
शांति! परम दयालु भगवान का एक शब्द (प्रणाम का)!
और हे पाप करनेवालों! इस दिन तुम अलग हो जाओ!
हे आदम की सन्तान, क्या मैं ने तुम्हें आज्ञा न दी, कि तुम शैतान की उपासना न करो; क्योंकि वह तुम्हारे लिए घोषित शत्रु था?
और यह कि तुम मेरी इबादत करो, यही सीधी राह थी?
परन्तु उस ने तुम में से बड़ी भीड़ को भरमा दिया। तो क्या तुम नहीं समझे?
यही वह नरक है जिसके विषय में तुम्हें (बार-बार) सावधान किया गया था!
आज तुम (आग को) गले लगाओ, क्योंकि तुम ने (सत्य को) झुठलाया है।
उस दिन हम उनके मुँह पर मुहर लगा देंगे । परन्तु उनके हाथ हम से बातें करेंगे, और उनके पांव उन सब कामों की गवाही देंगे जो उन्होंने किए।
यदि हमारा वश चलता, तो हम निश्चय उनकी आंखें फोड़ देते; तो क्या उन्हें मार्ग टटोलते फिरना चाहिए था, परन्तु वे देखते कैसे?
और यदि हमारी इच्छा होती, तो हम उन्हें उनके स्थान में बदल देते; तो क्या उन्हें न तो चलने-फिरने में असमर्थ होना चाहिए था और न ही (त्रुटि के बाद) वापस लौटना चाहिए था।
यदि हम किसी को लम्बी आयु प्रदान करते हैं, तो हम उसका स्वभाव उलट देते हैं: क्या वे नहीं समझेंगे?
हमने (पैगंबर) को कविता की शिक्षा नहीं दी, न ही यह उनके लिए उपयुक्त है: यह एक संदेश और कुरान से कम नहीं है जो चीजों को स्पष्ट करता है:
ताकि वह जीवित लोगों को शिक्षा दे, और झुठलानेवालों पर दोष सिद्ध हो जाए।
क्या उन्होंने नहीं देखा कि हम ही ने उन के लिये उन वस्तुओं में से जो अपने हाथों से बनाई हैं, पशु भी बनाए हैं, जो उन्हीं के अधीन हैं?
और यह कि हमने उन्हें उनके अधीन कर दिया है? उनमें से कुछ उन्हें ले जाते हैं और कुछ को वे खाते हैं:
और उनके पास (इसके अलावा) लाभ भी है, और उन्हें पीने के लिए (दूध) भी मिलता है । तो क्या वे आभारी नहीं होंगे?
फिर भी वे अल्लाह को छोड़कर अन्य देवताओं को अपना लेते हैं, (इस आशा में) कि उन्हें सहायता मिलेगी!
उनके पास उनकी सहायता करने की शक्ति नहीं है, परन्तु वे (हमारे न्याय-आसन के सामने) एक दल के रूप में (दोषी ठहराए जाने के लिए) लाए जाएंगे ।
सो उनकी बातें तुझे उदास न करें। निस्संदेह हम जानते हैं कि वे क्या छिपाते हैं और क्या प्रकट करते हैं।
क्या मनुष्य को नहीं दिखता कि हम ही ने उसे वीर्य से पैदा किया है? फिर भी देखो! वह एक खुले प्रतिद्वंद्वी के रूप में (आगे खड़ा है)!
और वह हमारे लिए तुलना करता है, और अपनी रचना को भूल जाता है: वह कहता है, कौन (सूखी) हड्डियों और सड़ी हुई हड्डियों को जीवन दे सकता है?
कहो, वही उन्हें जीवन देगा, जिस ने उन्हें पहिली बार उत्पन्न किया! क्योंकि वह हर प्रकार की रचना में पारंगत है!
वही जो तुम्हारे लिये हरे वृझ में से आग उत्पन्न करता है, जब देखो! तुम उससे (अपनी आग) जलाते हो!
क्या वह नहीं जिसने आकाशों और धरती को पैदा किया? हाँ, सचमुच! क्योंकि वह कौशल और ज्ञान (अनंत) का निर्माता सर्वोच्च है!
वास्तव में, जब वह कोई चीज़ चाहता है, तो उसकी आज्ञा होती है, हो, और वह हो जाती है!
सो उसी की महिमा करो, जिसके हाथ में सब वस्तुओं का प्रभुता है, और तुम सब उसी की ओर लौट आओगे।
